DISCOVER PURPOSE
COTM Next Move guides you to discover God’s unique purpose for your life and how to live the life that He has created for you. Next Move is made up of four steps that equip you to 1) connect to the church, 2) discover the strengths of your intentional design, 3) join the vision, values and honor code of the team and 4) then use your God-given gifts to make a life-giving difference in the lives of others.
The Next Move happens every month in three consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. We invite you to jump in at any time.
Step ONE – Move into Membership
Connect with COTM and discover the ins and outs of the church, learn details about beliefs, leadership and church government, how we handle money, and how we intentionally organize our church. You will also have the opportunity to become a COTM member. Step One takes place the first Sunday of every month.
Step TWO – Move into your Design and Purpose
Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry. Your design reveals your destiny. Connect to the opportunities available at COTM to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts. Step two takes place the second Sunday of every month.
Step Three – Move into the Team
You will have a brief orientation with your Team Director, and then they will get you moving through the onboarding process of serving on one of the greatest Dream Teams in the world! It is an honor and privilege to be a part of this local body of Christ making a life-giving difference in the lives of others by serving on the Dream Team. Step Three takes place the third Sunday of every month.
